Sangre de Cristo Center is located on over 600 acres adjacent to the Santa Fe National Forest, about twelve miles north of Santa Fe, New Mexico, in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The extensive property in a private valley contains the buildings of the Center, an assortment of mesas and arroyos, two spring-fed ponds, and a waterfall on a small stream. The site was chosen primarily because of its wild natural beauty, its bracing climate at an elevation of 7,100 feet, and its almost constant sunshine and clear air.

Most presentations take place in the Conference Room. The Conference Room adjoins the excellent Sangre library. The Library is comprised of over 6000 volumes in the areas of spirituality, theology, and personal development. Sangre also has subscriptions to many of the leading periodicals in these fields.

The Chapel was renovated in 1997 and is now much more in keeping with the feeling of the American Southwest. The Chapel seats approximately 45. There is an adjoining Blessed Sacrament Chapel.

Meals are taken in the Dining Room. Breakfast is pick-up; lunch is buffet; and dinner is served family-style.

Sangre's upstairs dormitory area is comprised of single bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own sink; toilets and showers are located along the bedroom corridor.

In addition, there are a number of smaller living rooms for small group discussions and socials, a well-equipped exercise room, a computer room with internet access for participants, and two television/movie viewing rooms.

Massage therapy is provided in a separate Casita located next to the main house. Also nearby on the Sangre property are tennis courts and an outdoor hot tub.
